When you have decided on your favorite donors you can purchase detailed information to review their 4 generation family medical history, listen to their voices, see baby photos and learn about their personalities and our staffs impressions of the donors.

Step 2: Fill out Recipient Semen and Storage Agreement
Please print, sign and fax/email our Recipient Semen and Storage Agreement.

Only vials that are still stored and haven't left our facility can be canceled. Storage fees will be prorated and refunded for the time remaining.
