Five easy steps

Step 1: Find and Purchase information on your favorite donor
When you have decided on your favorite donors you can purchase detailed information to review their 4 generation family medical history, listen to their voices, see baby photos and learn about their personalities and our staffs impressions of the donors.

Everyone on our staff works closely with the donors throughout the process. Don’t hesitate to call, 1.800.709.1223, with any questions pertaining to the donors or the process in general.

Step 2: Fill out Recipient Semen and Storage Agreement
Please print, sign and fax/email our Recipient Semen and Storage Agreement.

Step 3: Place an order for donor sperm
Once you have decided on a donor you should order the specimens as early as possible. It is easy to order donor sperm online - please follow this link. You can pay by credit card including Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

Step 4: We ship to any worldwide destination. However, if you the delivery address is not a clinic, or is in NY State, we require prior written authorization from a physician or other licensed health personnel. NY State requires the release be signed only by a physician, physician assistant or nurse practitioner. Please see our Clinical Release form for this purpose.

Step 5: Storage
If you wish to make sure that sperm from your favorite donor is available for purchase, you can reserve sperm and store it at our facility until needed. A storage account ranges from a minimum of 1 month to 10 years. If you wish to set up a storage account, please email us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or call 1.800.709.1223. Vials must be prepaid before storage can begin. Storage can be canceled at any time and 75% will be refunded. Only vials that are still stored and haven't left our facility can be canceled. Storage fees will be prorated and refunded for the time remaining.
